Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected through this YALOS Dubai page, why it is processed, and what rights visitors and parents (legal guardians) have.

1. Who processes your data

Data submitted through this page is processed by YALOS, the rhythmic gymnastics school behind this page and the YALOS methodology, represented by the non-profit organisation “Yalos Gymnastics” registered in Ukraine. This page does not represent a separate UAE legal entity.

For any question about personal data, contact YALOS Dubai on WhatsApp or Telegram.

2. What data we collect

Through the trial class request form we may collect:

  • the parent’s or guardian’s name (optional);
  • a phone or WhatsApp number;
  • the child’s age;
  • optionally, the area of Dubai you live in, to help suggest a group.

If you contact us through a messenger, we process the information you choose to share in that message.

We do not collect payment details, documents, medical certificates or other sensitive categories of data through this page.

3. Why we collect it

  • to reply to your request and arrange a trial class in Dubai;
  • to suggest a group and schedule matching your daughter’s age and level;
  • to answer parents’ questions about classes and attendance;
  • to organise training and keep an internal record of requests;
  • to improve this page and the quality of our service.

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by voluntarily sending the form or contacting us.

4. How data is used and stored

Data is used only for the purposes above and is not used for automated decision-making with legal consequences.

Requests from this page are delivered to responsible YALOS staff as messenger notifications. Only authorised representatives who need the data to handle your request have access to it.

Data is kept as long as needed to communicate with you and provide the service, or until you withdraw your consent.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Limited sharing happens only:

  • with technical providers that run this page, deliver form messages and provide web analytics — strictly as needed for those services;
  • where disclosure is required by applicable law.

6. Cookies and analytics

This page uses cookies and web/advertising analytics services (including Google Tag Manager and related tools, as well as social network analytics tools). They help us understand how visitors use the page and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

Such services may process de-identified technical data: device and browser type, approximate location by IP address, referral source, pages viewed and interactions. You can limit or disable cookies in your browser settings, which may affect how some elements of the page work.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • know the source, location and purpose of processing your personal data;
  • access your personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion of your data or restriction of its processing;
  • withdraw your consent to processing;
  • lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

8. Data protection and children

We apply organisational and technical measures to protect the data we receive from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

Forms on this page are completed by adults — a parent or legal guardian. We do not collect data directly from children. Information about the child is limited to the minimum needed to suggest a group (her age).

9. Contact us

For any question about the processing of personal data, including access, correction or deletion, contact us through WhatsApp or Telegram. We will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
