What your daughter gains
More than flexibility
Rhythmic gymnastics gives a child much more than a split. In every class she works on how she moves, how she holds herself and how she deals with a new task — supported by coaches who know how children grow.
Posture & body awareness
Girls learn to feel and control their own body.
Flexibility & strength
Developed gradually, in the right order, at any age.
Coordination
Precise movement with apparatus, music and rhythm.
Confidence
Performing, being seen and trusting her own abilities.
Discipline
Regular training, focus and respect for the process.
Love for movement
A habit of sport that can stay with her for life.
First class
What if my daughter has never tried rhythmic gymnastics?
That’s completely fine. No special preparation is needed for the first class.
The coach meets your child, sees her current readiness and helps choose the right group by age and level. Our coaches are warm and encouraging — the first class is about making a child want to come back.

Methodology
Training built around how children grow
The YALOS methodology combines professional sports training with knowledge of child development and modern approaches to motivation. It was developed by our founder and head coach, who has both a medical and a professional sports education.
- 01Prepare the body before increasing complexity
- 02Training load matched to age and readiness
- 03Develop progressively, without rushing
- 04Teach children to work toward goals without losing their love for sport
“Results should never come at the cost of a child’s wellbeing.”

Proven system
Built across 40+ YALOS schools in Ukraine. Now in Dubai.
Since 2016 the YALOS system has grown into more than 40 locations across Ukraine, with a shared methodology, coach training and a clear path of development for every gymnast. The same system now comes to Dubai.

At the centre of the methodology: gradual development, training load matched to age and readiness, and keeping a child’s love for sport intact.
The path in sport
From a first class to bigger sporting goals
At YALOS a girl can train simply for health and enjoyment — and, if she wants more, move step by step toward a serious sporting level. The pace is always chosen for the child, never against her.

- 02
Performances and competitions

- 03
Camps and new experience

- 04
Advanced sporting level

There is room to grow at YALOS — and the level and pace are matched to each individual child.
FAQ
Questions parents ask before the first class
What age can girls start?
We welcome girls from age 3. Groups are formed by age and current level, so every child trains with peers at a comparable stage.
Can complete beginners join?
Yes. No previous experience and no special preparation are needed for the first class. The coach meets your daughter, sees her current readiness and takes it from there.
What should my daughter wear to the first class?
Comfortable, close-fitting sportswear — a leotard, gymnastics shorts or leggings with a top. Training is done barefoot or in gymnastics half-shoes, and long hair should be tied up.
How do you choose the right group?
We look at your daughter's age, her physical readiness at the first class and what you would like her to get from training. Based on that we suggest the group and schedule that fit her best.
Is there a pathway to competitions for children who want it?
Yes. A child can train simply for health and enjoyment, and those who want more can move step by step toward performances, competitions and a more advanced sporting level.
